Kansas City, MO December 12, 2018 – Pulse Systems, Inc., a leading Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company, today announced key changes in top leadership, including the appointment of Lana Chubakha to the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Dar Griffeth BA, BS, DC, to President, already underway. Both Lana and Dr. Griffeth will work to accelerate Pulse’s continued focus on technology innovation and customer-centric initiatives, while playing a critical role in the company’s expansion and market positioning for RCM within the medical practice market.

As CEO, Lana will drive the organization’s corporate strategy as well as product innovations. In addition to the company’s core business for RCM solutions and practice management (PM) technology, she will work to create new niches and explore business opportunities with the company’s technology, data and service solutions that aim to meet unrealized and future industry requirements. Lana previously served as Vice President of Sales at Pulse and has a successful track-record with more than 17 years of advancing businesses across various industries, including seven years at Cegedim.
As president, Dr. Griffeth is responsible for providing operational and directional leadership company-wide, including managing overall customer satisfaction and dynamic growth initiatives. Leveraging his diverse expertise, Dr. Griffeth will also represent Pulse as a company speaker at various industry events and forums as well as develop new strategic relationships across the industry. Prior to his appointment, Dr. Griffeth served as the Senior Vice President of RCM Services for Pulse. He has more than a decade of clinical practice, extensive executive leadership and academic speaking experience.
